Law Enforcement Glossary In order to become a police officer in the province of Quebec, we need a three-year college degree named Police Technology. I'm in my first year. The world of Law Enforcement uses a lot of complicated terms that the public usually don't know. The goal of my glossary is to make these difficult words accessible to the public. After all, the purpose of Law Enforcement officers is to serve all citizens regardless of age, gender, race, religion etc... The glossary shall contain 20 terms that are usually unknown, yet relevant, for the average Joe. Each word will be accompanied by a complete definition. It includes Google's definition of the term, its part of speech, its pronunciation, its translation in French, an example of a sentence where the word can be used and finally, a picture of the term itself.
